Alliance Technical Group Acquires Four Environmental Laboratories Nationwide

Alliance Technical Group, a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners–backed environmental testing and services platform, has acquired four independent environmental laboratories — Summit Environmental Technologies (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), Fremont Analytical (Seattle, WA), Orange Coast Analytical (Los Angeles, CA / Phoenix, AZ) and CHESTER LabNet (Portland, OR) — to build a nationwide laboratory network. The add-on deals expand Alliance's capabilities beyond air testing into water, hazardous waste, soil and PFAS/XRF analyses and broaden its geographic coverage across the United States.

Altasciences, a mid-size contract research organization based in Laval, Quebec, has acquired Alliance Contract Pharma to add small-molecule contract manufacturing and analytical services, including commercial manufacturing, GMP warehouse storage, and clinical supply distribution. The acquisition expands Altasciences' integrated early‑phase drug development offering by adding manufacturing and analytical capabilities to its preclinical, clinical, and bioanalytical services.

The Allied Group, a Cranston, Rhode Island–based provider of printing, kitting, assembly and fulfillment services for healthcare and life sciences (250+ employees), will expand Lab Logistics' product, kitting and international fulfillment capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Marketlab’s medical‑surgical and laboratory product portfolio and brings additional products, distribution partnerships, and GPO contracts into its offering to better serve IDNs and other healthcare customers.
