Venterra Group Acquires Oceanscan Holdings

Offshore wind services provider Venterra Group has acquired the Oceanscan Holdings group, adding subsea and non-destructive test equipment hire, geotechnical services and specialist personnel capabilities. Oceanscan is headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland, with subsidiaries in Houston and Singapore and four UK operating subsidiaries; the deal expands Venterra's capabilities in offshore wind and related energy markets.

Shell Acquires Inspire Clean Energy

Inspire Clean Energy has signed an agreement to be acquired by Shell New Energies US LLC and will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell. The acquisition is intended to accelerate Inspire’s ability to scale residential access to renewable energy in the U.S. and to expand Shell’s business-to-consumer renewable power offerings and digital capabilities.

Inspirage Acquires Vertical Edge Consulting Group

The acquisition strengthens Inspirage's EPM and analytics capabilities and expands its ability to deliver end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud solutions; financial terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires Inspirage

The acquisition expands Orica’s digital and geotechnical monitoring capabilities by adding Terra’s end-to-end sensor, data delivery and geospatial monitoring platform, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.
