Schneider Geospatial Acquires Full Circle Technologies

Schneider Geospatial, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, has acquired Full Circle Technologies (FCT), a Boston-based provider of cloud-based permitting and licensing software (PermitEyes) for municipal governments. The add-on expands Schneider's permitting and licensing capabilities and deepens its presence in New England as the firm's fifth add-on since Align Capital Partners acquired Schneider in 2022.

Scaleworks Acquires Centage Corporation

Scaleworks, a B2B SaaS-focused venture equity firm, has acquired Centage Corporation, a provider of cloud FP&A software (Planning Maestro) for small and midsize finance teams. Peter Messana was named Centage CEO, replacing John Murdock; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Renew Holdings plc Acquires Full Circle

Renew Holdings plc has acquired Full Circle Group Holding B.V. for a total cash consideration of €60.0m (£50.5m), funded from the Group’s cash resources and banking facilities. Full Circle, headquartered in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, is a specialist provider of onshore wind turbine repair, maintenance and monitoring services across Europe (c.€25.8m revenue in FY2023, c.160 technicians); the business was predominantly owned by AtlasInvest Holding prior to the sale.

Scaleworks Acquires SearchSpring

SearchSpring founder and CEO Gareth Dismore will depart and Scaleworks has named retail-technology veteran Peter Messana as CEO to accelerate product and go-to-market expansion for SMB and direct-to-consumer retailers.
