Tide Rock Holdings, a San Diego-based strategic holding company, has acquired Full Circle Electronics, an electronics recycling and IT asset disposition provider headquartered in Pike, New Hampshire. The deal expands Tide Rock's recycling platform coast-to-coast and adds certified electronics decommissioning and data-destruction capabilities to its portfolio.

Schneider Geospatial, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, has acquired Full Circle Technologies (FCT), a Boston-based provider of cloud-based permitting and licensing software (PermitEyes) for municipal governments. The add-on expands Schneider's permitting and licensing capabilities and deepens its presence in New England as the firm's fifth add-on since Align Capital Partners acquired Schneider in 2022.

Scaleworks Acquires Full Circle Insights

PureHealth Acquires Circle Health Group

Dow Agrees to Acquire Circulus, North American Polyethylene Recycler

Dow has signed an agreement to acquire Circulus, a North American polyethylene recycler that operates facilities in Ardmore, Oklahoma and Arab, Alabama, adding 50,000 metric tons per year of recycled material capacity. The acquisition strengthens Dow's mechanical recycling capabilities and supports its goal to produce 3 million metric tons of circular and renewable solutions annually by 2030. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
