Tide Rock Holdings, a San Diego-based strategic holding company, has acquired Full Circle Electronics, an electronics recycling and IT asset disposition provider headquartered in Pike, New Hampshire. The deal expands Tide Rock's recycling platform coast-to-coast and adds certified electronics decommissioning and data-destruction capabilities to its portfolio.

San Diego-based private equity firm Tide Rock acquired the IT asset disposition (ITAD) assets of SIPI Asset Recovery (a division of Sipi Metals Corp.) and will fold those U.S. and Latin American operations into its portfolio company Full Circle Electronics. The add-on expands Full Circle's footprint to 11 facilities across the Americas (including new locations in Northern California, Illinois, Texas, Mexico and Colombia), roughly doubles headcount to nearly 400 employees, and strengthens its electronics recycling and reuse capabilities for enterprise customers.

Full Circle, headquartered in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, is a specialist provider of onshore wind turbine repair, maintenance and monitoring services across Europe (c.€25.8m revenue in FY2023, c.160 technicians); the business was predominantly owned by AtlasInvest Holding prior to the sale.
