Tool Tech, LLC of Springfield, Ohio has acquired Cameron Tool Corporation, a Lansing, Michigan-based tool and die manufacturer and ESOP company. The transaction brings Cameron Tool's ~80–85 employees and complementary stamping, die building, and machining capabilities into Tool Tech's platform to expand capabilities and serve existing and new customers across automotive, aerospace, and defense markets.

The deal is expected to close in Q4 2021 and strengthens Sandvik's verification and optimization offering for component manufacturing.
