DelCam Holdings Acquires PlasTech Machining & Fabrication

DelCam Holdings (operating as DelCam Manufacturing) acquired PlasTech Machining & Fabrication from founders Lou and Claire Ferriero, with the transaction closing on November 6 (terms were not disclosed). The buyer has kept the Bow, New Hampshire facility and invested in equipment and staffing to grow the precision plastics machining business, which supplies medical device, semiconductor, marine and electronics customers.
