Machitech Acquires Victory CNC Plasma Systems

Machitech, a Quebec-based manufacturer of industrial cutting systems, has acquired Plant Technical Services, Inc. dba Victory CNC Plasma Systems, a family-owned CNC plasma systems manufacturer headquartered in Livermore, Kentucky. The acquisition, which closed on September 2, 2025, expands Machitech's U.S. manufacturing capacity, adds an experienced American team, and strengthens its local service and support footprint for fabricators nationwide.

Plasma Processes Acquires Metaltech Machine & Tool

Plasma Processes, a Huntsville-based provider of ultra-high temperature materials, coatings and propulsion systems, has acquired Metaltech Machine & Tool, a Scottsboro, Alabama wire EDM-focused machine shop that has supported customers for 27 years and supplied Plasma for over 15 years. The purchase vertically integrates key machining and metal-finishing capabilities into the Plasma Processes platform, which is backed by private equity firm Blue Sea Capital.

Plastifab (Regimen Equity Partners) Acquires Marchel Industries

Visioneering, Inc. (3P Equity Partners) Acquires Plasco Tooling and Engineering Corporation

Visioneering, Inc., a portfolio company of family office 3P Equity Partners, has acquired the assets of Plasco Tooling and Engineering Corporation. The deal adds Plasco’s composite tooling, fixtures and patented stretch form die technology and 42,000 ft2 manufacturing capability in Romeo, Michigan to Visioneering’s aerospace tooling platform to expand capabilities in the aerospace and defense market.

Tool Tech Acquires Cameron Tool Corporation

Tool Tech, LLC of Springfield, Ohio has acquired Cameron Tool Corporation, a Lansing, Michigan-based tool and die manufacturer and ESOP company. The transaction brings Cameron Tool's ~80–85 employees and complementary stamping, die building, and machining capabilities into Tool Tech's platform to expand capabilities and serve existing and new customers across automotive, aerospace, and defense markets.

Prototek Acquires ProtoCAM to Expand Additive Manufacturing Capabilities

Prototek Holdings LLC completed the acquisition of ProtoCAM, an Allentown, Pennsylvania-based industrial 3D printing and rapid prototyping provider. ProtoCAM will be merged into Prototek’s Midwest Prototyping additive manufacturing division to expand capacity and add QuickCast and other 3D printing technologies to the platform; terms were not disclosed.
