Prototek Acquires ProtoCAM to Expand Additive Manufacturing Capabilities

Prototek Holdings LLC completed the acquisition of ProtoCAM, an Allentown, Pennsylvania-based industrial 3D printing and rapid prototyping provider. ProtoCAM will be merged into Prototek’s Midwest Prototyping additive manufacturing division to expand capacity and add QuickCast and other 3D printing technologies to the platform; terms were not disclosed.
