Roebling Capital Partners Acquires Teron Lighting, Inc.

Roebling Capital Partners, a Cincinnati-area lower middle market private equity firm, has agreed to acquire Teron Lighting, Inc., a Fairfield, Ohio-based manufacturer and distributor of commercial energy-efficient lighting fixtures. Roebling will support management and an incoming industry CEO to drive growth through strategic planning, operations investment, and market/product expansion; terms were not disclosed.
