Pittsburgh-based private equity firm 3 Rivers Capital has acquired Interlight, a family-owned online distributor of specialty and replacement light bulbs and batteries headquartered near Chicago. 3 Rivers Capital plans to partner with Interlight's existing management (the founder's three sons), install ecommerce veteran Jeffry Graham as CEO, and support growth through strategic and operational collaboration.
