Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF) has acquired Northeastern Envelope, a family-owned envelope manufacturer based in Old Forge, Pennsylvania. The acquisition expands Ennis' converting and printing capabilities and strengthens its presence in the northeastern U.S.; terms were not disclosed.

Moore Acquires Worcester Envelope Company

Moore, a performance-driven marketing and production company, has acquired Worcester Envelope Company, a 125-year-old custom envelope manufacturer based in Auburn, Massachusetts. The acquisition expands Moore’s envelope manufacturing capacity, redundancy and geographic footprint to better serve medium-to-large volume direct-mail customers while retaining Worcester Envelope’s leadership team.

Supremex Acquires Forest Envelope Group

Supremex Inc. (TSX: SXP) has acquired the assets of Forest Envelope Group, a regional specialty envelope manufacturer located in Bolingbrook, Illinois, for approximately US$1.8 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Supremex says it will integrate Forest Envelope's activities into its nearby U.S. plants in Naperville and Chicago as a tuck-in to expand Midwest capacity and realize synergies across its U.S. envelope network.

Quince Imaging Acquires Red Envelope Consulting

CenterGate Capital Invests in Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling

CenterGate Capital has made an investment to acquire Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling, a Phoenix-based material handling equipment and service platform. Stellus Capital Management provided senior debt financing to support the transaction; the company was previously held by HCI Equity Partners and will use CenterGate's backing to expand its aftermarket service, parts platform and territorial reach across the Southwest.

Envoy Solutions Acquires United Packaging
