Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF) has acquired Northeastern Envelope, a family-owned envelope manufacturer based in Old Forge, Pennsylvania. The acquisition expands Ennis' converting and printing capabilities and strengthens its presence in the northeastern U.S.; terms were not disclosed.

CenterGate Capital Acquires United Envelope

Austin-based private equity firm CenterGate Capital has acquired United Envelope, a Ridgefield, New Jersey-based manufacturer and printer of transactional and direct-mail envelopes. United Envelope's CEO Ken Bernstein will remain in place as CenterGate partners with management to support growth, expand capabilities, and continue serving the company's blue-chip customers across financial services, healthcare, government and nonprofit markets.

Moore Acquires Worcester Envelope Company

Moore, a performance-driven marketing and production company, has acquired Worcester Envelope Company, a 125-year-old custom envelope manufacturer based in Auburn, Massachusetts. The acquisition expands Moore’s envelope manufacturing capacity, redundancy and geographic footprint to better serve medium-to-large volume direct-mail customers while retaining Worcester Envelope’s leadership team.

ENOFLEX Group Acquires SUPERCAP & CORCHOMEX

ENOFLEX Group has agreed to acquire Italian closure specialist SUPERCAP and Mexican T-closure maker CORCHOMEX, expanding its capsules and closures product portfolio. The agreement was completed on January 31, 2022 and the transaction was finalized on April 12, 2022; both targets will continue to operate independently while benefiting from ENOFLEX's R&D and industrial investments.

Envoy Solutions Acquires Royal Paper Corp

Glenview, Illinois-based Envoy Solutions has acquired Santa Fe Springs, California-based Royal Paper Corp, a national distributor of paper, plastics, cleaning and safety consumables for janitorial and foodservice end markets. The deal expands Envoy Solutions’ national footprint, adds five distribution facilities and strengthens its presence in California and key end markets such as movie theaters, foodservice, retail and education.

Novolex Acquires Flexo Converters USA, Inc.

Novolex, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, has acquired Flexo Converters USA, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of stock, custom and recycled paper bags and sacks headquartered in Meriden, Connecticut, with an additional plant in Monroe, Georgia. Flexo's products will be sold under the Novolex Duro Bag brand and the acquisition adds production capacity to support rising demand from foodservice and grocery customers; eligible full‑time Flexo employees will join Novolex.
