Buske Logistics (Fourshore Partners) Acquires Hydra Warehouse and Transportation

Buske Logistics, a portfolio company of Miami-based private equity firm Fourshore Partners, has acquired Hydra Warehouse and Transportation. The acquisition adds Hydra's five warehouses (approximately 1.5 million square feet) in the Louisville/southern Indiana area, expanding Buske's 3PL warehousing and transportation capabilities in the bourbon and food processing end markets.

The add-on expands Buske's food-and-beverage warehousing capabilities—particularly in confectionery—and grows its network in the Twin Cities with three sites totaling 225,000 square feet.

Wind Point is partnering with Buske management (led by CEO Nick Heinz), which retains a meaningful ownership stake, to invest in technology, infrastructure and organic and M&A-driven growth across the company’s 37 facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
