Buske Logistics Acquires Strategic Warehousing

The add-on expands Buske's food-and-beverage warehousing capabilities—particularly in confectionery—and grows its network in the Twin Cities with three sites totaling 225,000 square feet.

GlobalTranz Acquires TAKTIK Logistics Group, Inc.

The deal strengthens Transportation Insight's LTL brokerage capabilities and FreightPros will initially operate within Transportation Insight Holdings before being integrated into the Nolan Transportation Group brokerage unit.
