Manna Pro Products, a St. Louis-based manufacturer of pet care and nutrition products (owned by funds managed by Carlyle), has acquired Oxbow Animal Health, a 30-year-old small-animal wellness brand known for premium hay, foods, supplements and supplies. Cascadia Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Oxbow; the acquisition expands Manna Pro's portfolio into the small-pet category and strengthens its offerings across companion animal segments.
