Razer Inc. Acquires Controller Gear

Razer Inc. has announced its intent to acquire console accessories brand Controller Gear, a Temecula, California-based maker of licensed controllers, skins, charging stands and apparel. The deal is intended to strengthen Razer's position in the premium console market by bringing Controller Gear's licensed-product expertise, manufacturing capability and retailer relationships into Razer's global hardware and distribution ecosystem.
