Manitowoc Tool & Machining, a portfolio company of Midwest Growth Partners, completed the acquisition of G&V Machine Company on May 3, 2023. G&V, an ISO 9001:2015 certified production CNC machining firm based in Ixonia, Wisconsin, supplies complex parts to construction, agriculture, on‑highway trucking, forestry, mining and other OEM industries; the deal expands MTM's capacity, capabilities and end-market reach.

B&D Industrial Acquires American Gear & Engineering (Including Tech Tool Company)

B&D Industrial, an independent industrial distributor and service provider headquartered in Macon, Georgia, has acquired American Gear & Engineering, Inc., a gear manufacturer based in Westland, Michigan. The acquisition also includes Tech Tool Company, Inc., a complementary gear rack manufacturer, strengthening B&D Industrial's vertical integration and manufacturing capabilities.

Westward Partners Acquires Globe Machine

Seattle-based private equity firm Westward Partners has acquired Globe Machine, a 107-year-old Tacoma manufacturer of complex factory machinery and automation. Westward says the deal will accelerate Globe's growth — expanding aftermarket parts and services, deepening industrial automation and robotics capabilities, and leveraging the firm's Northwest geographic focus and resources.

Sur La Table Acquires Seattle Coffee Gear (Asset Purchase)

Sur La Table has acquired Seattle Coffee Gear in an asset purchase to expand its specialty coffee retail offerings and reach the engaged coffee community with national retail distribution. Seattle Coffee Gear, founded in 2005/2006 and headquartered in Lynnwood, Washington, will continue to provide in-house equipment service and expert guidance now backed by Sur La Table's national presence.

C.G. Machinery Acquires King Machine, Inc.

Moser Engineering Acquires GearFX Driveline Assets from Holley
