Avision Sales Group, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, completed the acquisition of six regional manufacturer representative firms — Angel-Cotton Associates, Apex Commercial Kitchen, Demlow Marketing, Mid-America Sales, Plexus Reps, and TRC Marketing — expanding the platform’s coverage to a national footprint across 46 states. The deal is the third acquisition for the I&I Sales Group platform and expands the platform's geographic footprint and product offering across disposables, safety, equipment and janitorial/sanitation categories.
