The founders will remain investors and board members while FairWave (led by CEO Dan Trott) will support growth, operations, and preserve each brand's local identity.

Westward Partners Acquires Cascade Coffee, Inc.

Westward Partners, together with Cascade Coffee management, has acquired Cascade Coffee, Inc., a specialty coffee roasting and contract packaging company based in Everett, Washington. Cascadia Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Cascade on the transaction; the deal positions Westward to invest in contract manufacturing capabilities and expanded retail-focused production amid rising at-home coffee demand.

FreshBrew Group Acquires Branded Coffee Division of White Coffee Corp

Houston-based FreshBrew Group has acquired the Branded Coffee licensed division of Long Island City–based White Coffee Corp. The transaction transfers the nation's largest portfolio of licensed bagged coffee and K-Cup products to FreshBrew, expanding its roasting, liquid production and branded-manufacturing capabilities; senior members of the White family will join FreshBrew's executive team to lead the transition.

Upshop Acquires Invafresh
