Califia Farms has acquired Uproot Inc., a New York–based provider of plant-milk dispenser systems for foodservice. The acquisition brings Uproot's dispenser program (operating 150+ dispensers across colleges, K–12 and hospitals) and its founding team into Califia to expand the company's Away From Home plant-based beverage offerings and sustainable dispensing capabilities.
