Seawall Capital Invests in Sports Endeavors, Owner of Soccer.com

Seawall Capital has made a strategic investment in Sports Endeavors, the Hillsborough, North Carolina-based owner of Soccer.com, WorldSoccerShop and 431 Sports. The transaction will partner Seawall with founders Mike and Brendan Moylan to accelerate growth, expand capabilities (including team uniform customization and DTC/e‑commerce operations) and position the business to capture rising youth-soccer and fan demand ahead of the 2026 World Cup; debt financing was provided by Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Credit and Huntington Business Credit.

SGHC Limited ("Super Group"), the holding company of online sports betting brand Betway and online casino Spin, closed its business combination with Sports Entertainment Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: SEAH). As a result of the transaction SEAH merged into Super Group, with Super Group as the surviving corporation and its ordinary shares and public warrants expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbols SGHC and SGHC WS.
