The transaction will partner Seawall with founders Mike and Brendan Moylan to accelerate growth, expand capabilities (including team uniform customization and DTC/e‑commerce operations) and position the business to capture rising youth-soccer and fan demand ahead of the 2026 World Cup; debt financing was provided by Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Credit and Huntington Business Credit.

Sun European Affiliate Acquires Sports & Leisure Group (SLG)

Enghouse Affiliate to Acquire SeaChange International's Product and Services Business

The asset sale, approved by SeaChange's board and supported by a large shareholder voting agreement, is expected to close in early May 2024 and will result in SeaChange retaining cash, cash equivalents and tax NOLs.
