Peak Rock Capital Affiliate Acquires Seagull Scientific

An affiliate of Peak Rock Capital has completed the acquisition of Seagull Scientific, the Bellevue, Washington–based developer of the BarTender labeling, barcode and RFID software platform. Peak Rock said it will support Seagull’s growth plan by accelerating the product roadmap and pursuing strategic acquisitions to expand the company’s capabilities and market reach.
