OneDigital has acquired Tampa-based GCD Insurance Consultants, adding GCD’s team, client relationships and HR/payroll capabilities to OneDigital’s Southeast platform. Approximately 20 GCD employees and about 200 customers will transition to OneDigital, and GCD principals Steve Gionis, Rich Caulley and Josh Dillinger will join OneDigital in adjacent leadership roles.
