Orchard Mental Health Group has entered a partnership / acquisition of GBCC Behavioral Health and Oasis Behavioral Health Urgent Care to expand its regional footprint. Physician Growth Partners served as exclusive advisor to GBCC/Oasis in the transaction. The deal strengthens Orchard's presence in the DC/Maryland/Virginia (DMV) region, expands service offerings and infrastructure across six locations and more than 80 providers.
