Pluribus Technologies Inc. completed the acquisition of POWR Inc., a San Francisco–based provider of 60+ website apps for lead collection and conversion optimization. The deal brings POWR’s suite — installed on over 12 million websites and targeted at eCommerce SMBs and web agencies — into the Pluribus portfolio to accelerate ecommerce capabilities and cross-sell to other portfolio companies.

Pluribus Technologies Acquires DocMoto (CHL Software)

Convergint Technologies Acquires Pendergraph Systems

The transaction adds Pendergraph’s ~32 employees and regional customer relationships across Oklahoma to Convergint’s North American platform as an add-on acquisition to expand its presence in the state.

Pendo Acquires Chisel Labs
