Hyperion Materials & Technologies Acquires Prism Technologies, Inc.

Hyperion Materials & Technologies announced an agreement to acquire Prism Technologies, Inc., an Elizabeth, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of compaction tooling, specialty components and wear parts.
