The acquisition expands Vortex's service presence and capabilities across the Western United States (and into Canada) while retaining PEC leadership with Chris Peccia joining Vortex as Regional Vice President.

The Virginia-based businesses provide trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, pipe cleaning and inspection services and will expand Vortex's capabilities and geographic footprint across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. Financial terms were not disclosed.
