Trove, a leader in branded resale and trade-in solutions, has acquired German resale platform reverse.supply to establish a European headquarters in Berlin and accelerate its global platform rollout. The deal combines Trove's technology and 3PL network with reverse.supply's local market expertise and client roster, enabling Trove to offer expanded resale, returns processing, repair, and marketplace integrations across Europe and the UK.

Vestiaire Collective Acquires Tradesy

MSCI Acquires Trove Research

MSCI Inc. has signed a purchase agreement to acquire Trove Research, a specialist data, analysis and advisory firm focused on voluntary carbon markets. The acquisition will integrate Trove's carbon market data, models and platform into MSCI's climate and ESG offerings to expand its capabilities for corporates, institutional investors and other market participants; terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close this quarter.

Truv Acquires Credegraph

Marlin-backed Bazaarvoice Acquires Curalate

Marlin Equity Partners and its portfolio company Bazaarvoice have acquired Curalate and will merge Curalate into Bazaarvoice to expand visual commerce and user-generated content (UGC) capabilities. Curalate — a provider of shoppable social, influencer marketing and UGC solutions used by more than 1,000 brands and retailers — will broaden Bazaarvoice's offerings for brands and retailers across social and e-commerce channels.
