IFS Acquires Ultimo Software Solutions

IFS has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ultimo Software Solutions, a Netherlands-based provider of cloud Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. The purchase adds Ultimo’s fast-to-deploy, configurable SaaS EAM point solution and ~180 employees to IFS’s IFS Cloud EAM portfolio, strengthening IFS’s end-to-end and point-solution capabilities; the deal is expected to close in Q3 2022.

IFS Acquires 7bridges to Expand Industrial AI Supply Chain Capabilities

IFS has acquired 7bridges, an AI-powered supply chain management solutions provider, to strengthen its logistics and transportation optimization capabilities and accelerate AI-enabled supply chain features within IFS Cloud. The acquisition will enable IFS to scale 7bridges' simulation and analytics technology across manufacturing, transportation and aerospace & defense customers while bringing the 7bridges team into IFS.

iPipeline Acquires IFS (Impact Financial Systems)

iPipeline has acquired IFS (Impact Financial Systems), a Charlotte-based provider of service request automation and low-code/no-code workflow solutions for broker-dealers, RIAs, banks and insurance companies. The deal brings IFS's workflow engine and automation capabilities into iPipeline's SSG Digital platform to expand advisor-facing automation, compliance workflows and low-code product offerings.

Kelso & Company Acquires Individual FoodService

Kelso & Company has acquired a majority equity interest in Individual FoodService (IFS), a Bell, California-based distributor of foodservice disposables, packaging and janitorial/sanitation products, from prior investor Sole Source Capital. Kelso said it will partner with IFS management to accelerate the company's acquisition strategy, expand capabilities and invest in operations; Kenneth Sweder was appointed Chairman of the IFS board.
