The State Group, a portfolio company of funds managed by Apollo, has acquired Kokomo-based electrical contractor J&J Electric of Indiana, expanding its footprint in Central and Northern Indiana. J&J Electric brings over 200 union electricians and capabilities in electrical construction, maintenance, fire, security, communications, utility and safety systems to The State Group's multi-trade platform.

The E-J Group Acquires State Electric Corporation

The State Group, headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, is a multi‑trade industrial services contractor providing electrical, mechanical, robotics and automation services across industrial end markets; Apollo said the investment will support capability expansion and the company's role in the energy transition.

Huron Capital Acquires RK Electric to Launch ExecFactor Electrical Services Platform

Huron Capital has acquired RK Electric, a Fremont, California-based full-service electrical contractor, to serve as the cornerstone of its new ExecFactor electrical services platform.
