(CIRI) and its subsidiaries completed two acquisitions: CIRI Manufacturing purchased HABCO Industries, LLC, a Glastonbury, Connecticut–based aerospace manufacturer, and OSC Global (a CIRI subsidiary) acquired ISYS, Incorporated, an information technology and systems engineering provider. The transactions expand CIRI’s industrial and IT capabilities and diversify the corporation’s portfolio as part of its strategic growth plan.

Mirion Technologies Acquires Computerized Imaging Reference Systems (CIRS)

Mirion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: MIR) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Computerized Imaging Reference Systems, Inc. (CIRS), a Norfolk, Virginia–based maker of medical imaging and radiation therapy phantoms. CIRS (≈80 employees) will be integrated into Mirion's Medical segment; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2021 for approximately $54 million and is intended to expand Mirion's medical product and services capabilities and drive margin synergies.

ETL Systems Acquires IRT Technologies

The acquisition preserves IRT’s Canadian facility and is intended to strengthen ETL’s technical capabilities and North American go-to-market presence for broadcasting, telecom and defence customers.

GTCR Acquires Innovative Systems

Certerra, a technology-enabled testing, inspection and certification platform backed by OceanSound Partners, has acquired Tierra, Inc., a Tampa-based geotechnical and materials engineering firm with 27+ years of experience and over 210 employees. The deal expands Certerra's presence and capabilities in the U.S. Southeast—adding laboratory and field testing capacity in Tampa, Orlando and Pensacola—and will enhance service offerings to government, transportation, municipal and commercial infrastructure clients.

Riskonnect Acquires ICIX to Expand ESG and Supply Chain Governance Capabilities

Riskonnect has acquired ICIX, a California-based value chain governance and ESG technology provider, to expand its integrated risk management (IRM) product suite and strengthen ESG and supply chain capabilities. The acquisition will integrate ICIX's trading network and analytics into Riskonnect's platform and give ICIX customers access to Riskonnect's RMIS, GRC, and healthcare risk solutions; terms were not disclosed.
