Netrix Acquires Edrans to Expand Global Cloud Capabilities

Netrix has acquired Edrans, a cloud solutions provider with delivery centers in Buenos Aires and Barcelona, to broaden its public cloud, DevOps and managed services capabilities and expand delivery capacity in Latin America and Europe. Edrans—whose team totals over 130 employees—will be integrated into Netrix's international platform; Edrans' founders will remain involved and DC Advisory served as financial advisor to Edrans.
