Valsoft Corporation Acquires Progitek (Dentitek)

Montréal-based Valsoft Corporation has acquired Québec City–based dental practice management software company Progitek (Dentitek) for an undisclosed amount. Progitek will continue to be led by founder Éric Vézina and will work with Valsoft's operating arm, Aspire Software, to strengthen its market presence, modernize its Dentitek software and develop new products.
