Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory acquired substantially all of the assets of TransientX, Inc., a Hoboken, New Jersey–based Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) company. The asset purchase adds TransientX’s employees and cloud-native, dissolvable application networking technology to Deloitte’s Zero Trust and cybersecurity offerings to deepen its capabilities in ZTNA.

The acquisition adds TRANZACT's technology-driven lead generation, sales execution and analytics capabilities — and its ~1,300 employees (including ~850 licensed agents) — to Willis Towers Watson's Benefits Delivery and Administration business to accelerate its direct-to-consumer strategy.
