Gallant Capital Acquires Fime and UL Solutions' Payments Testing Business

Gallant Capital Partners, via an affiliate, has acquired Fime and UL Solutions' payments testing business and combined them under the Fime brand to create a global leader in payments, smart mobility and digital identity testing and consultancy. The combined Company will offer consulting, compliance and quality-assurance testing services across more than 25 countries and leverages a global team of specialists (the announcement cites over 800 employees).
