BlackRock Long Term Private Capital has agreed to become the majority shareholder in Creed, the family-owned luxury fragrance house founded in 1760. Industry executive Javier Ferrán will join as an investor and become chairman, while Olivier Creed will remain as master perfumer; the deal represents a long-term, founder-partnership transaction to preserve the brand and support measured growth.
