BlackRock LTPC Acquires Majority Stake in Creed, Javier Ferrán Joins as Investor and Chairman

Industry executive Javier Ferrán will join as an investor and become chairman, while Olivier Creed will remain as master perfumer; the deal represents a long-term, founder-partnership transaction to preserve the brand and support measured growth.
