Vivid Seats Acquires Vegas.com

Vivid Seats Inc. (NASDAQ: SEAT) acquired Vegas.com in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at approximately $240 million (about $151.2M cash and $88.8M in Vivid Seats Class A common stock). The deal brings the Las Vegas-focused entertainment and travel marketplace onto Vivid Seats' platform to increase scale and inventory in the Las Vegas market and expand its total addressable market.

The acquisition adds VenueBook’s event-booking capabilities (and its network of ~120,000 professional event planners) to Seated’s product suite, enabling restaurants to drive revenue from dine-in, pickup/delivery and private events.
