VDC-MGG Holdings Acquires Vegas.com from Remark Holdings

Remark Holdings sold Vegas.com, LLC to VDC-MGG Holdings LLC (an affiliate of Remark's senior lenders) for an enterprise value of $45 million. The $30 million cash proceeds will be used to pay amounts due to Remark's senior lenders, substantially reducing Remark's debt and enabling the company to focus on its transition to a pure-play AI business.

Investcorp Acquires Vivaticket

Investcorp has signed an agreement to acquire Ticket Holding S.à.r.l. ("Vivaticket") from the company's co-founders and several minority shareholders. Headquartered in Bologna, Italy, Vivaticket is a provider of integrated ticketing software with ~450 employees; Investcorp said it will support the company's international growth both organically and through add-on acquisitions.

Seated Acquires VenueBook and Raises $30M to Expand into Events

Seated, a restaurant rewards and booking platform, acquired digital event-booking platform VenueBook and raised $30 million led by Insight Partners with participation from Craft Ventures, Greycroft, and Rho Capital Partners. The acquisition adds VenueBook’s event-booking capabilities (and its network of ~120,000 professional event planners) to Seated’s product suite, enabling restaurants to drive revenue from dine-in, pickup/delivery and private events.

Vista Equity Partners Acquires Tripleseat

Vista Equity Partners acquired Tripleseat in March 2020 and will merge Gather (already owned by Vista) into the Tripleseat business. VNUE Acquires StageIt

The acquisition brings livestreaming, ticketing and creator monetization capabilities and engineering talent to support VNUE's Soundstr music recognition technology and its set.fm/DiscLive product suite.

AudienceView Acquires Vendini

The combined company will integrate product portfolios and consumer discovery brands (e.g., TheaterMania, WhatsOnStage, LaughStub) to expand capabilities, support enterprise and SMB venues, and grow ticketing and fundraising volumes (together processing ~$3 billion annually).
