TFG London (The Foschini Group) Acquires White Stuff

TFG London, the UK arm of South African retailer The Foschini Group (TFG), has acquired British lifestyle apparel retailer White Stuff. The deal expands TFG’s UK brand portfolio (alongside Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles) and supports White Stuff’s growth plans across stores and digital channels; White Stuff reported ~£154.8m revenue and £8.6m EBITDA as of April 2024 and operates 113 UK stores and 46 concessions.
