Modulaire Group Acquires Procomm Site Services Ltd

Modulaire Group completed the acquisition of Procomm Site Services Ltd, a UK provider of portable modular accommodation with a c.8,000-strong fleet, ~125 employees and c.£19m revenue in 2020. Procomm will operate alongside Modulaire's existing UK businesses (Elliott, Carter and Advanté) with its management team remaining in place to strengthen Modulaire's presence in the UK market.

Brookfield Business Partners Acquires Modulaire Group from TDR Capital

Brookfield Business Partners L.P. completed the acquisition of Modulaire Group from TDR Capital II Holdings L.P., closing in December 2021. The deal (announced in June 2021 and completed on 15 December 2021) transfers ownership of the European modular space and portable storage leader — which operates the Algeco brand and a large rental fleet across many countries — to Brookfield as part of its industrial/services portfolio expansion.

Cabot Square Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Premier Modular

London-based private equity firm Cabot Square Capital has acquired a majority shareholding in Premier Modular, an East Yorkshire offsite construction and modular buildings specialist. The investment will support growth of Premier's modular hire business and permanent offsite division, backing plans for sector and geographic expansion.

Centurion Group Acquires Kabin Hire (UK) and Rapid Camps (Australia)

Centurion Group has acquired Kabin Hire, a Wales-based provider of portable accommodation and welfare units, and Rapid Camps, an Australian turnkey remote-camp operator headquartered in Fremantle. The acquisitions expand Centurion's geographic footprint and capabilities in temporary accommodation and infrastructure rental as the company increases its credit facility to $125 million to support further growth.

PAI Partners Acquires European Camping Group

Headquartered in Aix-en-Provence, France, ECG operates over 22,000 units across more than 310 premium campsites in Europe; PAI says it will support ECG’s next phase of organic growth and M&A to reinforce its leadership in outdoor accommodation.
