Centurion Group Acquires Kabin Hire (UK) and Rapid Camps (Australia)

Centurion Group has acquired Kabin Hire, a Wales-based provider of portable accommodation and welfare units, and Rapid Camps, an Australian turnkey remote-camp operator headquartered in Fremantle. The acquisitions expand Centurion's geographic footprint and capabilities in temporary accommodation and infrastructure rental as the company increases its credit facility to $125 million to support further growth.

ManTech Acquires H2M Group

ManTech International Corporation completed the acquisition of H2M Group, a Manassas, Virginia-based provider of geospatial and intelligence analysis services. The deal (funded with cash and existing credit) adds roughly 180 employees and strengthens ManTech's GEOINT, imagery/FMV analysis and cartography capabilities to better serve the U.S. intelligence community, including the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

Centurion Group Acquires RMEC Limited

The deal (sold by Maven Capital Partners UK LLP) expands Centurion's equipment rental and well services capabilities and gives the group greater access to the decommissioning market and complementary energy end-markets.

Baker Hughes and Akastor Form HMH

Baker Hughes' Subsea Drilling Systems business and Akastor ASA's wholly owned MHWirth have merged to form HMH, a global offshore drilling equipment company jointly owned (50/50) by Baker Hughes and Akastor and effective October 1, 2021. HMH is headquartered in Amsterdam with major operational centers in Houston, USA and Kristiansand, Norway, combining product and service portfolios to deliver offshore drilling equipment and pursue energy-efficient solutions and adjacent-market opportunities such as renewables and mining.

Modulaire Group Acquires Carter Accommodation Group Ltd

Modulaire Group has completed the acquisition of Carter Accommodation Group Ltd in the United Kingdom. Carter, a temporary accommodation hire specialist with a fleet of over 5,000 units, ~150 employees and c.£20m revenue in 2020, will operate alongside Modulaire’s UK businesses (Elliott and Advanté) and retain its management team.
