Funds managed by CVC have agreed to acquire a significant ownership position in Epicor, joining existing investor Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) as equal Board partners. Epicor — an Austin-based, industry-specific SaaS ERP provider — will continue to be led by CEO Steve Murphy as the investors support further SaaS migration, product innovation (including AI/BI capabilities) and international expansion.

The acquisition expands Creo-Tech’s DEP/EPC capabilities and geographic footprint across Canada, the U.S. and other international markets as part of its buildout of a mid-market, full-service DEP group.
