Creo Tech Industrial Group (Creo) acquired Axial, Inc., a Calgary-based group of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) companies focused on industrial automation, in a transaction that closed July 30, 2021. The acquisition expands Creo-Tech’s DEP/EPC capabilities and geographic footprint across Canada, the U.S. and other international markets as part of its buildout of a mid-market, full-service DEP group.
