Addus HomeCare Corporation (NASDAQ: ADUS) completed the acquisition of A Plus Health Care, Inc., a Kalispell, Montana-based provider of personal care, private duty nursing, care management and medical staffing. The deal, funded with cash on hand and closed July 1, 2020, expands Addus's presence in Montana and adds approximately 650 employees and $10.4 million of 2019 revenue to its operations.

Housatonic Partners' EVAL Home Health Acquires Auracal Senior Home Care and Schwartz Family Home Care

The transactions add a combined ~300 field employees/caregivers and expand Help at Home’s home care footprint in central Pennsylvania and southeast Georgia as part of its inorganic growth strategy to increase local market density and support caregivers.

Addus HomeCare Acquires Tennessee Quality Care Operations

Addus HomeCare Corporation (Nasdaq: ADUS) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the entities comprising Tennessee Quality Care from American Health Partners. The acquisition adds approximately $40 million of annualized revenues, 17 locations serving an average daily census of ~1,800 patients across more than 50 Tennessee counties, and expands Addus' clinical presence in the state (home health, hospice and private duty nursing).
