GrubMarket has completed the acquisition of Delta Fresh Produce, a Nogales, Arizona-based distributor and grower of Mexican-sourced fresh produce. The deal expands GrubMarket's supply, packing and distribution capabilities across North America and will integrate Delta Fresh with GrubMarket's AI-powered software and digital commerce solutions.
