Sageview Capital Makes $60M Growth Investment in Intelligent Imaging Systems / Drivewyze

Sageview Capital closed a $60 million minority growth investment in Intelligent Imaging Systems Inc. (IIS) and its wholly owned subsidiary Drivewyze to accelerate scaling of their connected-truck platform and SaaS revenue. Two Sageview partners will join the IIS board as the company pursues expanded commercialization of its weigh-station bypass, safety notifications and smart-roadside infrastructure offerings.
