Bestpass, a toll management and payment platform, has acquired Fleetworthy Solutions, a provider of fleet safety, compliance, and risk management software and services. The deal integrates Fleetworthy's CPSuite compliance platform with Bestpass's tolling and payments capabilities to create a one-stop, tech-powered offering for commercial fleets; terms were not disclosed.

Two Sageview partners will join the IIS board as the company pursues expanded commercialization of its weigh-station bypass, safety notifications and smart-roadside infrastructure offerings.
