Bestpass-Fleetworthy Solutions Acquires Drivewyze

Bestpass-Fleetworthy Solutions has acquired Drivewyze, combining the largest toll management and weigh station bypass providers to create an integrated suite for tolling, weigh station bypass, safety, and compliance for commercial fleets. The deal will keep Drivewyze operating under its brand while accelerating product innovation, improving customer support, and offering a more comprehensive set of services to fleets and government partners. Terms were not disclosed.

The add-on expands Fleetworthy's licensing and permitting capabilities, adds strategic clients and channel partners, and establishes a Dallas–Fort Worth office as part of the company's continued roll-up of complementary fleet compliance businesses.

The deal creates a combined company with over $400 million in revenue (including $300M+ of recurring SaaS revenue), expands Powerfleet's footprint in North America and Europe, and enhances its AIoT, data ingestion and video capabilities.
