Fleetworthy Acquires Viastar Fleet Compliance

Fleetworthy, a Madison, Wisconsin-based provider of cloud-based fleet compliance and safety solutions, has acquired Viastar, a Dallas, Texas-based fleet compliance solutions provider. The add-on expands Fleetworthy's licensing and permitting capabilities, adds strategic clients and channel partners, and establishes a Dallas–Fort Worth office as part of the company's continued roll-up of complementary fleet compliance businesses.
