Fleetworthy Acquires Viastar Fleet Compliance

Fleetworthy, a Madison, Wisconsin-based provider of cloud-based fleet compliance and safety solutions, has acquired Viastar, a Dallas, Texas-based fleet compliance solutions provider. The add-on expands Fleetworthy's licensing and permitting capabilities, adds strategic clients and channel partners, and establishes a Dallas–Fort Worth office as part of the company's continued roll-up of complementary fleet compliance businesses.

Safe Fleet Acquires American Midwest Fleet Solutions

Safe Fleet, a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital Partners, has acquired American Midwest Fleet Solutions (AMFS) to expand its in-field upfitting and installation services for commercial vehicle fleets across the United States and Canada. AMFS founders will remain with the business, and the deal strengthens Safe Fleet’s nationwide installation network and complementary safety, video and tracking capabilities.
